Board of Directors and Foundation Staff

The board of the Community Foundation is the governing body responsible for all grant allocations and for the general operation of the Foundation. Specific authorities appoint Board members.

All members of the Board are appointed by each of the following appointing authorities: two by the Board of Trust Point, one by the La Crosse County Bar Association; one by the Senior Circuit Judge; one by the mayor of the City of La Crosse; six remaining members of the Board are appointed by the Board of Directors.
