Mini Grants

Agencies who have projects or requests valued at $5,000 or below may apply for a mini-grant from the General Fund. The benefit of a mini-grant is that the application is less strenuous than our regular General Fund application. Funding guidelines and expectations for mini-grants are the same as a regular General Fund grant. Visit the General Fund page to learn more about our funding guidelines and expectations. 

Deadlines for mini-grants also follow the same quarterly schedule as the General Fund. Application deadlines remain the same year to year: January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15. Applicants are notified of funding decisions typically five weeks after submitting a request. Please know that an organization can only apply for a General Fund grant valued more than $5,000 one time in any rolling 12 month period. Mini-grant applications for projects valued $5,000 or below can be submitted quarterly.
