Volunteer service organization reaching out to the gay, lesbian, transgender, and bisexual community, their families, friends, and allies; provides information and education on issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity to the larger community; it seeks to improve connections among existing community resources and to foster a climate of understanding.

The GALAXY program exists to eliminate homophobia through youth empowerment, leadership development, social justice education, activism, and coalition building through community interaction. Meetings and other events provide a safe, supportive, and chemical free space where youth can meet peers, discuss issues, learn how to make a difference, and have fun being themselves.
