Carrol J. Riley-DeGier Fund

Carrol J. Riley-DeGier was a devoted member of the animal rescue community. For almost her entire life she was tirelessly rescuing animals of all types, but especially cats and kittens. It was perhaps one of the greatest joys of her life. When she passed away in July of 2016, her family wanted to ensure that the work and selfless efforts that she had exemplified were carried on in her name, so they established the Carrol J. Riley-DeGier Fund to benefit Tabby Town USA in perpetuity. The work of Tabby Town USA’s volunteers who foster cats in their homes exemplifies Carrol’s energy, dedication and spirit.
