This fund was established to serve a wide spectrum of community needs. Norman L. Gillette, Sr. began the Pepsi-Cola distributorship in La Crosse in 1937. He established this fund as a way to “give back to the community”. Today the fund awards grants to Norma Vinger’s favorite charities. Norma was Norman’s daughter.
