Ralph F. Cowgill and Winnie Rhea Wroten Cowgill Family Fund

This designated fund was established by Ralph and Winnie’s daughter Bobbie (Barbara) to honor her parents’ lifelong interest in education and family history.  The fund will provide annual support for the La Crosse Public Library Archives and Local History Department and one springtime scholarship to a graduating student of the John and Randolph Foster High School in Richmond, Texas. Bobbie worked for the La Crosse Public Library for over 40 years.
