Chief Operations Officer, Erin Belby, CPA, joined the LCF team in 2019, and with her brought 15 years of auditing, consulting, and accounting for all sorts of nonprofits – charitable organizations, cooperatives, and membership organizations.
She joined the foundation with the hopes of sharing her expertise with the broader charitable community in La Crosse. And LCF increased her hours to allow her time to help nonprofits. She understands that charitable organizations are where big ideas and incredible needs meet modest budgets and challenging compliance requirements.
At home, Erin spends time with her husband Colin, kids Dylan and Alden, and cats Butterbean, Fergus, and Gizmo
