Richard H. Masrud Memorial Fund

The Richard H. Masrud Memorial Fund was established through the estate of Richard H. Masrud by his family. Rick was a cofounder of Scenic Concepts which has been in business in the La Crosse area for over 40 years. Rick also invested in and successfully managed residential and commercial property in the Coulee Region for over thirty years. The family plans to honor Rick’s memory, generosity and caring spirit through recommending grants from the fund to charities and interest areas Rick supported during his lifetime.
